At my heaviest I was 97kg. Tired, avoiding mirrors, short with the kids. There was no rock bottom moment — just a slow, uncomfortable realisation that I'd settled for average. And that didn't sit right. Not as a man. Not as a dad.
So I rebuilt. Lost 23kg. Completed a 107km ultramarathon. Finished HYROX London. Ran a 1:42 half marathon. All while working full time and raising two daughters.
